How does delivery work?
Once a lender confirms your booking, they ship the item via Lalamove (same-day) or J&T Express (next-day). Delivery is a flat ₱120, shown at checkout.
What if the item gets damaged?
Every booking includes damage protection, charged as a percentage of the rental cost. If something happens during your rental, it's already covered — raise it in the app and our team will help sort it out.
How do lenders get paid?
Gara Closet takes a 15% commission on the rental fee; the rest is paid out to the lender's GCash or Maya account after the renter confirms delivery.
What sizes are available?
Sizing follows Philippine conventions: S/M/L for tops, waist and hip measurements in inches for bottoms, and UK/US sizing for shoes. Each listing shows the lender's exact measurements.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are held until you confirm the item has arrived, so you're never paying for something that never shows up.
How long can I rent something for?
Rental durations are 1, 4, or 8 days — built around single-event use like a wedding weekend or a run of shows.
Can I list from anywhere in Manila?
We're currently focused on the Makati, BGC, and Quezon City corridor, with plans to expand across Metro Manila as more lenders join.
